The Puppy Excellence Package will effectively teach you how to train your puppy to do the following behaviors:

*Sit

* Lie Down

* Recall (to come when called)

* Stay

* Leash Walking

* Leave It

* Drop

* Attention and Focus Behaviors

* Lie Down and Settle in Distracting Environments

Example: to bring your dog to a dog friendly café, brewery, restaurant, etc. and the dog is to lie down and settle next to you.

All while focusing on distance, duration, and distractions!

We want to work on distance because your puppy won't always be right at your side, sometimes your dog will be further away, and he/ she needs to be able to respond to cues while at a distance.

Duration means the time frame in which your dog is performing the behavior. For example, you ask your dog to sit, and he/ she sits but immediately pops right up out of the sit. Working on teaching your dog to remain in a particular behavior for a set period of time helps to also build impulse control.

Distractions! The hardest part of learning for our dogs! In the Puppy Excellence Package, we will teach your dog to work through distractions on the behaviors that he/ she has already learned in the Elite Puppy Training course. Teaching a dog to respond even under distractions will have your puppy responding to your cues in any environment.

*** For this package we will be working outdoors, meeting at parks, and even meeting at dog friendly stores. ***

In order to take the Puppy Excellence Package, it is required to take the Elite Puppy Training Package first.

The Puppy Excellence Package consists of 5, 1-hour long sessions at your home. The price for all 5 sessions is $630. Please ask about our payment plan if you’re interested!

How to Prepare for Class:

• Treat pouch/ Treat bag (can be found at any pet store).

• Plenty of high value of treats that your dog loves.
