Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the high demand for our programs and the time reserved for your dog’s training:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program’s start date are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the program’s start date will forfeit the deposit.
